SKEP Framework for Planning. Combination of irreplaceability and vulnerability value per planning units. Irreplaceability captures the biodiversity significance of each planning unit in terms of vegetation types and expert features. Vulnerability reflects the potential of future transformation based on urban, crop, ostrich, and mining potential.
