This is a coverage of the (official proclaimed) Private Nature Reserves in KZN. The government gazette notice was used for the description of the properties, and the polygons taken from the cadastral coverage (1:20 000). The protection status for Balele, Emlwane and Utrecht was obtained from the DCO - Wilfred Mhlongo. File updated to include Palmiet Nature Reserve – proclaimed in 2006, but had been omitted in error. Boundary determined using 2014 cadastral info from SG, as listed in the proclamation
